From West Knoxville
Follow I-40 East toward downtown Knoxville. Take Exit 389 (Hall of Fame Dr.) and turn right onto Hall of Fame Dr. Continue on Hall of Fame Dr. through three red lights. At the fourth red light, turn right onto Summit Hill Dr. Turn left at the first red light onto S. Central Ave. Turn right onto Clinch Ave., go up the hill, and then turn right on State St. The parking garage is on your right. Park there. Bring your ticket with you to the office so we can validate it. Walk one block up Union Ave. until you come to Gay St. Turn right and walk to the Mast General Store building. Our office is on the second floor of that building. Looking at the front of the building, there’s a door on the right where you can use stairs to get to the second floor, or there’s a metal catwalk on the left side of the building where you can take the elevator to the second floor.

From East Knoxville

From South Knoxville
Follow U.S. 441 (also known as Chapman Highway) toward the Henley Street Bridge and into downtown Knoxville. Cross the Henley Street Bridge and take a right onto W. Main Street. Go through two stoplights until you arrive at S. Gay Street. Take a left onto S. Gay Street. Go through four stoplights and take a right onto Union Avenue. Stay on Union Avenue, cross over State Street, and park in the parking garage on your right. Park there. Bring your ticket with you to the office so we can validate it. Walk one block up Union Avenue until you come to Gay Street. Turn right and walk to the Mast General Store building. Our office is on the second floor of that building.
