From West Knoxville
Follow I-40 East toward downtown Knoxville. Take the exit for James White Parkway. Then take the exit for Summit Hill Dr. and go right on Summit Hill Dr. Prepare to turn left at the first stoplight onto S. Central Ave. From S. Central Ave., take the second right onto Union Ave. You will see the State Street Parking Garage on your left. Park there. For free parking, be sure to bring your ticket with you to the office so we can validate it. Walk one block up Union Ave. until you come to Gay St. Look to your left. See the tall Regions Bank building? Our office is located on the 9th floor of that building.

From East Knoxville
Follow I-40 West toward downtown Knoxville. Take the exit for Hall of Fame Drive (the last exit before the interstate ends). Turn left onto Hall of Fame Drive and go through several stoplights until you come to the intersection with Summit Hill Dr. Turn right onto Summit Hill Dr. Turn left at the stoplight at the bottom of the hill onto S. Central Ave. From S. Central Ave., take the second right onto Union Ave. You will see the State Street Parking Garage on your left. Park there. From North Knoxville
Follow I-75/275 South toward downtown Knoxville. Follow the signs directing you toward Asheville and merge onto I-40 East. Now that you are on I-40 East, take the exit for James White Parkway. Then take the exit for Summit Hill Dr and go right on Summit Hill Dr. Prepare to turn left at the first stoplight onto S. Central Ave. From S. Central Ave., take the second right onto Union Ave. You will see the State Street Parking Garage on your left. Park there. From South Knoxville
Follow U.S. 441 (also known as Chapman Highway) toward the Henley Street Bridge and into downtown Knoxville. Cross the Henley Street Bridge and take a right onto W. Main Street. Go through two stoplights until you arrive at S. Gay Street. Take a left onto S. Gay Street. Go through four stoplights and take a right onto Union Avenue. Stay on Union Avenue, cross over State Street, and turn into the State Street Parking Garage on your right. Park there. For free parking, be sure to bring your ticket with you to the office so we can validate it. Walk one block up Union Avenue until you come to Gay Street. Look to your left.
